- Within Kampala: 1-3 business days
- Other major towns: 3-5 business days
- Remote areas: 5-7 business days
Note: Processing takes 1-2 business days before shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary by location and are calculated at checkout:
- Within Kampala: UGX 10,000 - 15,000
- Other regions: UGX 15,000 - 25,000
- Free shipping: On orders over UGX 200,000 within Kampala
Can I track my order?
Yes! Visit our Track Order page and enter your order number (found in your confirmation email, e.g. SV-20260416-0001).
- Logged-in customers: Just enter your order number and we'll show your order status instantly.
- Guest checkout: Enter your order number along with the email address you used when placing the order.
- You can also view all your orders from My Orders when logged in.
